Summary: Arthur's Birthday in California. (I had to cut a lot of words out of this T_T)
"Surprise!" Carly emerged from the kitchen carrying a small cake with one lit candle sticking out of the top and set it in front of where Arthur sat at the table with his laptop. "Happy birthday, Arthur!" She winked.
He grinned and pushed his laptop aside. "It looks delicious!"
She settled in beside him at the table. "First, you have to make a wish."
He squeezed her waist. "Only... I've had all my wishes come true."
She stared at him for a moment before grinning. "You actually mean it, don't you?"
He smiled and pulled her into his lap for a kiss.
