On the bright side, interest rates have been coming down over the past month. The Fed is unlikely to raise rates again before November's election.
Sh, don't tell anybody, but today I am wearing size 10 pants for the first time in years. Of course, I forgot that I needed to hem them, so I am also walking on about an eighth of an inch of size 10 pants as well. A small price to pay for the secret pleasure of actually fitting into these pants.
