Went to the Astoria last night for some culture in the form of a recital by Apocalyptica, that well known cello quartet from Finland.

Met up with d_floorlandmine in the George beforehand, then into the venue, stopping by the merch for a tee-shirt. Then we wormed our way through the assorted goffs and metallers to the front just as the 2nd support act came on... ( Read more... )
