So today at work I hacked the main report -> PDF label scripts in OpenBiblio so that it would print three copies of each label instead of just printing in the left column. I spent several hours trying to make it print one copy of each label, three columns AND ten rows, but I could only get it to either a column or a row if I made it print only one ( Read more... )

So I went to the Computer Show on Sunday. It wasn't that great, but I did pick up some OEM software, which is nice because it's legal, but cheaper than normal. Basically, none of the dealers who sell new systems and motherboards and stuff were there. :(

I forgot that the PowerBook G4 has dual-monitor support. I attached my CRT to it and it looked all blank and stuff, but it's actually a second screen.

That's cool.

Well, I got the old PC working again. The drive cable may have been bad, or not, but the old hard drive is dead. It sounds head crashy, though I might try some time to boot just to it to see if I can find anything I didn't already back up.

Now I'm all sneezy and stuffy-nosed. :(

Okay, THIS is why Spore must be mine!!!!
