Today I finally got to start sorting the unscanable comics and adding them to ComicBase. I seperated out the trade paperbacks and hardcovers since those are the ones people borrow the most often. All the comics (except the ones in my to read pile) that have easily accessible bar codes have now been inputted into Comicbase. I have two Caramel de Lite boxes of ones with bar codes that don't work and ten and half long boxes of ones with bar codes on the back (hard to see through the boards) or no bar code at all. I haven't been feeling well the last couple of weeks , so carrying heavy ass long boxes has not been a good idea. Since it is snowing an insane amount again which traps me in the house with the kids I did some more today. No school today because the temperature was insane. With a bar code scanner and no life whatsoever, I 've started over on my comic book database. I am using a program called Comicbase. I will record my thoughts and progress here, so that thecoddess can keep up with the program so she can do the chunk of comics at her house.
