OK, I should tell you that MPREG is not my thing, but I decided to give it a chance. Sadly, I still can't stand it.
So, I'll just comment about the writing and not the plot, ok? I can't say much about the grammar, since english is not my first language, but I detect a serious hate towards commas.

"I said that if you were to come with me and told me that you were pregnant that I would not be angry for long at the very least even if you had gotten pregnant deliberately which I could never see you doing and very happy if it was accidental as you are the only person in the world that I have ever loved enough to want kids with."

This is the longest sentence ever. Maybe you'll like to add a pair of commas, or a semi-colon.
Other than that, is not so bad. I just hope this comment won't offend you. :)

Personally, I thought this was one of the best MPREG fics I've ever read and I really feel sorry for you that you couldn't appreciate just how wonderful it was.

Rather than picking on others regarding their long sentences (which, if you actually followed the show and shipped the good ship, you would totally understand the depth that sentence took), perhaps you should invest your time in something worthwhile, such as getting a nice usericon, or perhaps removing a few sticks from your ass.

I'm feeling a "serious hate" towards you and from further detection, I say.. STFU.

Guys shoot me for saying this but such a heat arguement should not occur over the ins and outs of grammer. Besides since the english lauage is one of the hardest, most annoying most contractdictory pieces of shit on the planet and everyday it gets a little worse because new words catch on anyone who's even half got it pinned down has got my vote

I was trying to show House how he speaks and acts... I really am not good at coming up with reasonable explainations for MPREG. I am one of those it works bc I says it does in my universe :)

I have nothing against MPreg. I’ve always given people who write for that genre more leeway in terms of creativity on how to go about it. I have to admit that when it comes to this genre and pairing, you seem to hold the record for having the most of them. And they're not bad. I do enjoy reading them. In fact I do go to your page to see if you have any more fics. (So do you?) I'm not quite sure if there was an explanation how the mpreg was made possible but if there isn't, well maybe you can work on something for that or have some sort of disclaimer for it if you want. Though that's not really a requirement, it's just a suggestion
