Some Sort of Freak Occurrences

I was watching TV last night. Flipping around the channels. Saw the beginning of Dr. T and the Women (worst movie ever) and an episode of Seinfeld. Noticed that Lyle Lovett did the music in Dr. T. The episode of Seinfeld was the one when George thought he had a heart attack and he went to Kramer's healer, who gave him a drink that turned him purple so that he had to be rushed to the hospital in an ambulance, the driver of which was accused by the paramedic of eating the latter's red Chuckle, a jelly bean kind of candy I know nothing about. Butthole, Kama Sutra. (Like flaming globes, Zigmund! Like flaming globes!)

I watched another episode of Seinfeld, I think--oh, yes, it was the one where Jerry and Elaine had to have sex to save the friendship--and then I found the Mad About You marathon on Nick at Nite. Or Nickelodeon, which was showing Nick at Nite. Because there's also a Nick at Nite channel, which makes no sense to me. I wish I could double-check that, but Yahoo! doesn't list channel 24 on our cable listing, which is dumb because it lists 71, which is G4, and we haven't had it as long as 24. But at least I was reminded, by going to that page, that the call letters for our Spanish station (or one of them, anyway) are KWHY. Hee! Anyway, so I watched a Mad About You episode about Thanksgiving dinner, and Jamie asked Ira what he was thankful for, and he said Chuckles. And Jamie was like, "The candy?" And Ira was like, "Yeah."

And THEN I watched the episode about their wedding planning and wedding, and who should appear as the keyboard player in Ira's band but Lyle Lovett! None other than the music man for Dr. T!!

I could have let one of these go, but not both. Had to mention them. What would you call these? I bet there's a community where I could post these. I should find it one day.
