Though tomorrow a contractor is coming here to punch a hole on my wall and install the air conditioner my uncle gave me. Fingers crossed he can do it in one day so tomorrow I can actually sleep through the night without getting up every couple of hours to take a shower.

I think my DVD burner is dying.
2 out of 3 burning sessions end up failing in the.exact.same.place. It could be that I bought a bad batch of blank DVDs, but I'm pretty sure it's the burner [would half a dozen blanks fail in the exact same spot? I don't think so]. Which, granted, has been put to work relentlessly for the past 8 months, but really, it could've lasted a little big longer. Fortunately my computer's networked to Marina's and I can use her burner in the meantime [read: budget not pretty right now] it'll take me to get another one. I still have some [A LOT OF] SG-1 to put to disc after all.
[Apropos, I'm strangely excited about tonight's SGA. This is not good as I'm still mourning and completely in denial about all casting shenanigans of late and probably setting myself up for disappointment. AGAIN.]

I've watched last night's BSG and OH GAETA YOU FOOL. Sigh.
So Gaius is not a cylon. NOT!SHOCKING.
Also, I officially don't care about Lee Dee Sam Kara anymore. They can frak whoever they want and I'm just zzzzzz yawn zzzzzz.

In other news I saw the SAG Awards last night and... eh. This movie/TV season is kinda lame.
