Elections were pretty exciting. Cook-Kallio won a seat for Pleasanton City Council, so that was pretty cool to hear about. Also, Democrats won the majority in the House and for the most part in the Senate as well. I got to go to a wedding yesterday. The groom was my dad's old friend's son. Overall, it was pretty fun! The actual wedding took place at the Shrine Event Center near Livermore. There was lots of family there and the entire ceremony was pretty exciting. I'd say the coolest part about the wedding was the fact that the marriage was inter-racial. The ( Read more... )

So I was walking around after school yesterday with Devan when we stopped at the horseshoe to see the snow on top of Mission Peak! woo that only happens like what, once in 3 or 4 years, but it did look really cool.
