Weird Ride
So the weather has gotten to 70s...perfect for riding..I get home from work and hop on my bike for a nice ride...so Im riding along and I come out of the woods and walk up the road a bit to cross the road...there is a slight incline and its better to cross there rather than some car topping the hill at 50+ MPH and scare the hell out of me and them...so this white SUV pulls off the road beside me and scares the living hell out of me..this modelesque woman rolls down the window and says hello..I look at her and she says hello again...mind you I have a full face helmet on and its hard for people to hear me with the helmet on..and besides that..I look like the devil...people are normally scared of me or look at me like theyve never seen anyone with a helmet before..I get very odd looks at me..this is why I ride in the woods...so anyway she says hello and I wave hello at her...she is very pretty and with a accent asks me where Pinehurst is....its a golf resort..soon to be on TV in 2014 for the US open..both the mens and womens will be here and it will be a madhouse...anyway...I tell her to drive straight and you will run right into it...normally pretty women do not talk to me...let alone ask me questions...or regular women for that matter...I look like the devil..Im wearing black..I have a full face helmet on...a black bike...people normally avoid me like the plague..it was just an odd situation..I just thought I'd share.
