The rescue of the miners has ended successfully! After 70 days trapped 700 meters underground (17 without any contact with the outside world), after an amazing operation to get them out that lasted almost 23 hours, the 33 miners are back with their families and with a whole country that waited for them ( Read more... )

Just remember to roll your "R"s in words like "Carrete" and "Ron" (as in "tomorrow"). This guy neglected that in his pronunciation.

I don't really like soccer. It bores me to no end. And since half of Chile is going crazy with the World Cup (seriously, there's so much red, with and blue on the stores and so many chilean flags everywhere that it looks like 18 de Septiembre!)
