Had a great time at Bicon in Bradford last weekend. Thanks to the organising team and everyone else who contributed to the event. Much fun, good people to talk to, interesting talks, and excellent curry. Three not totally unrelated things:

First, I've rebleached my hair, and redyed, and it came out much whiter (see here), which I like very much. The yellow really grew on me too so I'm not sure which I like best. If all goes well, I'll be at Pride London tomorrow, with **FIXME and **TODO. Plan is to march (and scoot and pushchair) with London Bi Group, then skip Trafalgar Square and head straight for the Pride Family Area in St Anne's Church Gardens, where it seems there may be a significant bi crowd presence.

So I went to Popstarz and did dancing and everything and wasn't the first to crash out!

Not as good as I remember it, but that was a long time ago and a totally different venue. And a totally different me come to that. It got a lot better when they replaced the clown behind the decks with an actual DJ.

As I've mentioned before, I have a Significant Birthday coming up, and am using it as an excuse to get round to doing lots of fun things.
