Couple of site visits this week, one to a unit with spalling concrete, where I learnt an important consideration when buying a resale flat: SCOUT OUT YOUR NEIGHBOURS.

Went for a run in the rain today. A 7km+ run (didn't even realise it was so long, hope I don't feel it tomorrow), Thankfully my phone survived the 3 odd km run to hall to deposit it safely under shelter.
