Melt 125g butter, mix in 1 cup brown sugar, 3 heaped dessertspoons cocoa, 2 eggs & 2/3 cup SR flour.
Pour into greased baking tray / cake tin [the empty one, not the one that's got yam pie in it]
& bake 180 degC [350 degF] 20 - 25 mins or until done.
COOL, then eat.
