Life has been interesting. Not good, nor bad. Just interesting. Jeremy is looking at getting a job that will pay him over 100k/year, which is moderately disturbing, but should make for interesting changes around the house. Funny thing is, it would require him to travel a lot, so I told him he should invest in a smoking jacket, a captains hat, and some spray on tan and just be a full blown jet setter.
Garrett is apparently on vacation starting yesterday. What he plans to do, no one knows, but I'm rather sure it involves Video Games and a good amount of Great White. He's being considered for a store manager position in Las Vegas, which may lead to bigger and better things. He's pretty dedicated to ZumieZ, so I hope he hurries up and gets a better position.
Me. Well, work is fun. Melinda came back after about a yeah hiatus in which she became a CO, Married, and left the department. I tell you the girl is a walking party. I was pleasantly surprised. I'm afraid for the day her, Beth and Katy get together.
I still hit the gym, and am finishing week 2 of a 12 week program up. Last week I lost 2 lbs. This week I just feel better about myself. Even if I gained it back, I wouldn't care. I just like feeling better. Course, fitting into my pants better doesn't hurt, either.
I'm growing my hair back out a little. Not like it was when I was in the band, but longer. A lot of guys have short hair now and where's the individuality in that?
Kyleen "Myspace" Marsh got married on the 5th on January. I was supposed to go. I never got my invite. It hurt a little, I'm not gonna lie. Again, I feel like I'm lagging at life. However, I am finally starting to enjoy my single life more. I've met some really cool people recently. Not saying I don't miss Orange County and the people there. It's just time that I take a step back, behold reality, and go with it.
Ashley turned 21 this past week. I hope she had a good one. I drank red wine in her honor.
That's all I got for now. I need some sleep. Worked a 16 hr shift today and I have work again at 0700.
