So.
I'm doing well with living outside the fiber optic box here. I'm trying to spend more time actually living than looking at this screen. Probably why I haven't really updated anything lately. With that said, here's what I've been up to:
*Trying to find a free ipod rip program is a lot harder than I would have thought. So I'm doing it kind of backwards. I'm loading everything to Garrett's ibook via Senuti, then rip THAT to my computer. Good times. It's taking forever, but will be worth it in the end. Something about 20,000+ songs all mine just makes my pants a little tighter.
*Katy from SCP is coming up to visit me next month. This is very exciting. She will be the 4th person to come visit me since my move two years ago. Again, someone I wouldn't think would come visit is actually doing it. Here's to surprise best friends, eh?
*I haven't been going out as much as I would like to. I haven't even been drinking all that much. I can't remember the last time I was at the Belvi, so I may just go tonight. However, I have been more social when I actually DO go out. I mean talking to random people at the DMV, Target, Pet store, etc.
*Day shift at work is a completely different world than Swings. It's a weird adjustment, but I have my Deputy interview Wednesday afternoon.
*I'm waiting for my taxes! This is the first time I have EVER had just one job for a year, and seeing as I pay out the butthole in taxes on my checks, it should make for a nice return.
*I've been doing well and going to the gym on a pretty regular basis. If I keep this diet and regiment up, I should be in decent shape by my 4 month goal. Exciting? Very.
