Let's see...
The clean up around town started in earnest today. The SES and Council workers were everywhere. Hopefully, they’ll get it done quickly, because this afternoon the lovely people at the weather bureau informed us that there’s another storm due on Saturday, but that we’re not to worry *rolls eyes* Like any of us won’t be worried! We’ve had two major storms in eight days and our town is starting to look like a war zone. We desperately need a couple of weeks of totally find weather to clean up properly.
In other news, Tori is losing her voice. At the moment she sounds like a bloke whose undies are ten sizes too small *sniggers* Apart from that she feels fine, so hopefully she’s not coming down with a cold.
I’ve been pecking away at various bits and pieces today, while cooking dinner and trying to dry laundry. I haven’t got a lot done, but I have made some progress, which is pleasing. I even have one piece close to being finished :)
I also got the opportunity to scare my postman *eg*
*huggles* Pud for giving me that opportunity. I’m still so excited about the contents of that package *snuggles*
