Just thought I'd post tonight since I'm not sure how much I'll post while my Mom is here. Rough weekend
Emotionally, I had a...bad...weekend. I did get through it though. I still feel raw, and probably will for a bit, but it's better than feeling like the festering wound that I was. Yeah. Happy Beltane. *grumble* Last year I promised I wouldn't let my Mom visit during Beltane. Well, she's not. She won't be here until next week. I'm watching Boston Legal on TV. The character of Denny Crane is played by William Shatner. The character of Alan Shore is played by James Spader. The two are lawyers and best friends. It's my day off!
Yay! No work today! I wish I were still sleeping though. As usual, I got a whole 4 hours of solid sleep and then about 4 hours of tossing and turning. My joints have been bothering me the past couple of days. Is it my crappy mattress? Maybe. Another Monday
I've decided I want to go to Buenos Aires, Argentina. They've been talking about it on The Today Show. It looks and sounds amazing! $1500 to $2000 can get you air fare, hotel and tours for about 10 days! No too shabby considering how much air fare is lately.
