• Put eggs in saucepan.
• Pour enough cold water in there to cover them completely.
• Salt the water.
• Set the timer on 9 minutes but don't start it before the water starts to boil.
• Heat the water with the saucepan lid on and when it starts to boil remove the lid and start the timer.
