Friday 05.01.09 - Walked for over 2 hours with Danny around Atlanta

Sunday 05.03.09 - Walked down Stone Mountain and around to the parking lot (at least 2 miles, some of it steep)

Did 30 Day Shred (level 1) on Monday 4.13.09

Did 30 Day Shred (level 1) on Monday 4.20.09

Did Core Pilates (20 minutes) and butt workout (10 minutes) on Wednesday 4.22.09

Now I just need to keep it up :)
