On what I've done.
Been gym a couple of times - yesterday did only 3 and half minutes on the treadmill, but only burnt my right foot (which is funny, as in shoes it is usually the left which feels the wear) - but only mildly, so toughening up. Goal btw, is 20 minutes barefoot by the end of April.
