Another superb Jackson film?

Unlike the cartoonish action flicks Transformers II and G. I. Joe - I'm actually intrigued by Jackson's latest effort - District 9. Even though it has a 'tomato rating' of 93%, I've heard very little buzz from my + 360 readers on LJ. I'm going to violate my own rule and see a major/potential blockbuster on the opening weekend. My exception to the rule - Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. Around Memorial Day (and sometimes June 6th), I try to watch some of best/grittiest war movies ever made. This means movies like Saving Private Ryan, Schindler's List or The Longest Day.
