So almost one year later, Im finally closing on my refinance/loan modification. The stipulations are barely what I can afford but it's way better than foreclosure and I'm grateful...so grateful. In addition, I just got a promotion resulting in an 8% raise that will help offset the 9% pay cut that I'm about to take with the furloughs. So there it is. Thank you Jesus, thank you.
