I'm slow these days. Last weeks race was painfully slow. Still, I'm going to step up the training and hopefully do the Keauhou Lava Man in 4 months. My main fitness goal for the next 4 months is to focus on my nutrition. I'm pretty much allergic to alchohol these days so I had to slow my roll in that area. My job just released my new schedule with furlough days on every 1st and 3rd Friday (a 10% pay cut) so I'll have to find some other source of income to compensate but hopefully it will be something that frees up the daytime for exercise. So this summer's focus is run, swim, bike and surfing whenever the opportunity presents itself. Good boyfriend, check. Awesome 3 year old little boy, check. Healthy living situation, check. Here we go.
