I'm going to do a 18 mile bike ride today and then I'm going to immediately follow it with a 29minute run and I really, really want to be able to do the entire run @ a 9 minute mile...I don't know why, I just do. I'm planning a rough run through of the Kukio Challange this weekend. 1/2 mile swim, 3+mile run, 2 mile paddle on my borrowed paddleboard. I'm nervous about this race for some reason, something I need to work out of my system this week. And after 4 years, I finally purchased a one piece swimsuit. I plan on doing everything in it...running, biking, swimming, paddling. We'll see how that goes....
