So in the interest of being able to look this up in future posting latest dizzy spells. Sunday I had full on tunnel vision, hold on to something when I stood up from crouching. Monday I was mostly just very very tired, muscles felt like noodles but I attributed it to swimming in the morning. I didn't fight at training. Tuesday (after a night of poor sleep) I was so tired and dizzy I went home at lunchtime. Food, nap and a goodish night's sleep have helped but still feeling the dizzy pressure on my head, and the noodles for muscles feeling too. Wankle as a wet sarc about covers it.

Reading back over past entries I am thinking this is likely to be a low iron/vitamin thing aggravated by poor sleep. (Or possibly I sleep badly when I have this vitamin deficiency)

So I shall eat more meat and green, and supplement iron and vit C & D. Hopefully it will pass quickly as it really sucks.
