25 ish lemons,
2kg dextrose
500g lactose.
Champagne yeast, 2 teaspoons nutrient. Chopped up lemons, simmered in 6L water with sugars for about 20 min. Strained through a bag. Yeast pitched at 38C (a bit hot but we shall see)
Made up to 24L. spec gravity about 1.038.
Also achieved this weekend: preventative maintenance on my purpiont (one of the armour points was nearly gone) lawns mowed, best rose pruned (the seccatures died before I could do the others) tent pegs and foam roller purchased.
Possibly not mighty achievements but better than sittin gon the couch.
