I had a panic attack or a breakdown or something tonight. I was crying for a good hour before I decided to talk to anyone, because my attacks have never lasted that long and it was only getting worse. I always want to start my LJ entries off with something friendly or meaningful or deep, but I just don't feel like trying today. It's weird writing a journal that everyone can see...it's not really a journal then, is it? I guess I don't really care.
