When did terrier become a breed? There seems to be this HUGE issue with people. Everyone thinks that "Terrier" is a breed. I cannot tell you how many times this week I have explained to someone that "Terrier" is a group and includes everything from the tiny 3 pound yorkie to the large 70 lb airdale to the amstaff....

Also, when did AKC standards start to apply to pet grooming?

Please, someone enlighten me....
