The trip [Key x Taemin] SHINee
Today I experienced a "fangirl syndrome attack" because of this couple. LOVE THEM SOOOOO MUCH, I became a Taemint and a Locket in a week because of their cuteness ^-^

“YOU WANT WHAT?!” Key screamed. Taemin looked him, confused.
“Is something wrong?” he asked. Key took a deep breath before answering.
“Yes. You can’t even think on going to Japan by yourself”
“I’m not going ‘by myself’, it’s a school trip, not big deal” Taemin said “And I’m not asking for your permission”
“I said no” growled Key “I won’t let you go”
“Oh Key, come on” Taemin said, rolling his eyes and folding his arms “Can you stop bein s overprotective?”
“I’m not…”
“Yes, you are” interrupted Taemin “Look, I’m nineteen and I can take care of myself. Besides, I have been in Japan a dozen of times. I know the place so it would be fine”
“This isn’t about you can take care of yourself or that you have been in Japan already” Key said, sitting on his chair again “It’s about you going to another countr withou me”
Taemin looked at Key, with his mouth open.
“So if you come with me, may I go?” he asked eagerly. Key sighed.
“No, you’re not going and that’s final” he said before leaving the room. Taemin stood up.
“Kibum, please” he called the older man, but Key did not return.

Onew watched the youngest worried. Taemin was still hanging around the room, looking concerned.
“Hey Taemin, what’s wrong?” Onew asked. Taemin came to a halt and looked at him.
“Kibum is upset with me” he said. Onew noticed that Taemin’s voice broke a little as he talked.
“Why?”
“Because of the end of term trip” Taemin said, sitting next to Onew “He said I couldn’t go without him but he refused to come with me”
Onew sighed.
He had known when Key and Taemin started dating that Key’s overprotection towards Taemin would increase. Key practically would not let him out to any place without him and he was constantly nagging Taemin by phone when their schedules didn't match.
At first Taemin hadn’t being bothered at all since he didn’t want to be without Key, but lately they had have a lot of discussions because of that.
Onew knew for a fact that Taemin had grown tired of Key’s attitude.
“He only wants you to be safe” Onew tried to comfort him “You know you’re the most important thing in his life”
“I know” Taemin groaned “but it’s just a stupid trip and nothing but a trip. I wish he could stop treating me as a child”
“I’d never date a child” they heard Key’s voice at their back. Taemin stood immediately.
“Then why I cannot go?” he asked Key, angry. Key sighed.
“It's just I don’t think I can be without you two weeks” he said approaching him. Taemin took a step back.
“This is always about you can or want. We never do anything I want” Taemin said. His lower lip was trembling as he’s eyes filled with tears “It seems like our whole relationship it’s about you and I’m tired of this. We’re done”
Onew and Key watched Taemin in disbelief. Key looked Taemin into his eyes, waiting to see any traces of doubt. There was none.
“Taeminnie” Key said with pleading voice “Come on babe, you can’t be serious.”
“I am” the youngest said “And also I’m going Japa by myself”
Then he left the room, slamming the door behind.
“Well, you screw it” said Onew, sighing.
“No, this can’t be happening” mumbled Key, staring at the door, waiting for Taemin to come back.
“It is happening” Onew said, frowning “I told you that if you keep treating him like you been doing since you started dating this would happen”
“He really dumped me?” asked Key, still in disbelief. He walked toward the door before Onew had time to answer, searching for any sign of Taemin but he couldn’t find any.
Taemin was gone.

“Key, get out of there” Jonghyun screamed at Key’s closed door. Minho sighed.
“Stop it. He won’t come out” he said. Jonghyun ignored Minho’s advice and knocked the door loudly.
“What the hell are you doing?” Onew asked, coming out of his room.
“Key is locked in his room and doesn’t want to come out” Jonghyun complained. Onew blinked, appearing confused.
“Is he here?” he asked.
“What are you talking about?” Jonghyun asked “Of course he is here”
“That’s strange” Onew mumbled “I saw him packing and leaving the place about an hour ago”
Minho and Jonghyun exchanged glances.
“Are you saying that he did follow Taemin?” Minho asked. Onew shrugged. Jonghyun sighed, feeling a little frustrated.

It took some time to Key to find Taemin. The airport was full of anxious people waiting for their flight. Key searched through the waiting room for about fifteen minutes until he saw his lover.
The boy was sitting near the cafeteria, alone, hugging his knees. It seemed a little nervous and depressed but once Key sat next to him his expression turned angry.
“What are you doing here?” Taemin asked sharply.
“I’m coming with you” Key said, smiling.
“No, you’re not” Taemin said. Key sighed and took his hand.
“Listen, you have every right to be upset with me” he said quietly “I have been selfish and I’m sorry, but I’m not letting you go alone”
“Yes you are" Taemin mumbled forcing Key to let go his hand.
“Okay, if you say so” Key sighed, standing “You’ll fight across the se by yourself, let’s hope you don’t get sick or no one can help you. Or worst, that you don't take the wrong flight and end up...”
“I get it” Taemin interrupted him “Just go away”
“Taemin, I’m trying to apologize” Key said.
“Okay, I forgive you, now go” he said without looking at Key. Key didn’t move, instead he took Taemin’s chin carefully to place a kiss in his lips.
“What should I do to you to forgive me?” he asked. Taemin sighed.
“First you should stop kissing me in public” he said, blushing.
“Okay” Key reluctantly agreed.
“Second, you shoul stop reating me like a baby”
“I can do that” Key said, amused. Taemin rolled his eyes.
“And we must do whatever I want once a week” he said. Key raised an eyebrow.
“Must?”
“Yes, must” Taemin said, looking seriously at him “That or you let me go wherever I want without complaints”
Key pouted.
“That’s not fair” he said, unable to bear the thought of not knowing where his baby was.
“Take it or leave it” Taemin looked at him trying to sound secure. Key sighed.
“Deal” he said, trying to smile. Taemin smiled a little.
“Well, then you must go” he said. Key looked at him confused.
“No, I’m coming with you” he said. Taemin shook his head.
“I don’t want you to come”
“But…” Key tried to protest but Taemin interrupted him.
“You promised it” he remained Key. Key pouted again, but he didn’t move.
“Or you let me go with you or you can say goodbye to your white shirt” he whispered at Taemin’s ear. Taemin looked at him, annoyed.
“That’s not fair”
“You first started” Key said, shrugging.
“Okay, fine, do whatever you want” Taemin said, frowning “You’re weird”
“Yeah, but you love me that way” Key said, smiling widely. Taemin chuckled, looking suddenly really cute. He leaned his cheek on Key’s chest, smiling too.
“I guess so”
