The good News is that the branch that I thought hit my car last night, didn't. It looks like it hit the trash barrel next to my car and cracked the lid and then bounced off and landed very close to my car. So the car is undamaged, but we may need a new trash bin. I can't wait until it's warm enough outside that I can open some windows and air this place out. The air in here is so stale.

This coming weekend looks like it may be warm enough to shut down the heat and open some windows. It's supposed to be near 60 on Saturday, yay!

Wait a minute...

15 minutes ago we had torrential rain, small hail and extremely stong winds and it was 60 degrees.

Now, the sun is out and the sky is clear and the temp has dropped into the low 40's.

I just love New England weather.

As most people have noticed by now, (Unless of course you have been under a rock for the last week.)the northeast coast has been dealing with a major snowstorm for the last several hours. It is hailing pea sized hail at my house right now. and it is coming in sideways.

You know what I like best about snow?
The way it hides the greyness of everything during the winter.
And the way it smells.
And the way it crunches when you walk on it.
