Snow plow anyone?

Feb 13, 2006 08:43

My landlord just asked me if I knew anyone with a snowplow that could come do our driveway.

I don't know what he is willing to pay.

He said he called around locally and everyone is busy, my response to him was "well yeah!"

I can't even get my car out through the four foot mountain at the end of the driveway. He couldn't get his out either. If it was just a foot or two of soft snow it would be no problem I could easily move through it, but the plows have piled it higher than the hood of my car and our neighbor from hell snowplowed and piled up even more for us.

It pisses me off to no end that if I so much as shovel a dusting onto her property she yells out the window at me but she took her snowplow and aimed it directly at my car (which I cleared off last night after the storm ended). I watched her do it. And then snowplowed from her driveway right into ours and didn't even make an attempt to take down even a portion of the mound, that she helped create, blocking our driveway. She just added more to the pile. What a witch.

Well at least I don't *have* to go anyplace today.

Edit: Driveway is plowed. John(My Landlord) walked around the neighborhood until he saw someone plowing a private driveway, he walked up to the guy and asked him if he would do ours, the guy only wanted $30. John gave him $50. Yay!
