Today is finally my day off! <3
I slept in until 1:00pm. It was magical. I watched The Help during the afternoon & I teared. Again. I love that movie. I could watch it over & over again. I would never tire of it.
Terry told me about a carnival that was happening in Astoria. I've been dying to go to one since forever. I remember as a kid, my pops use to take my brother & I to them. I love the cheap you-never-know-if-you're-gonna-die rides. I am obsessed with the caramel apples ever since I have gotten my braces off. Not to mention the wonderful unhealthy but tasty as hell corn dogs! We took so long in deciding if we were still going 'cause we weren't sure if it was going to rain. After an hour of mystery we decided to go anyway. Bianca wouldn't get on any of the rides 'cause she's a scared little girl. She wouldn't even get on the Ferris wheel. Whatthehell. Terry & I went on the rides while Bianca played mom. She took pictures & held our purses. LOL.
Walking around the carnival gave me some weird fantasies. I was just thinking about how Norman Reedus played a carni worker who ran a game booth in Tough Luck. & then I said to myself, yeah I could probably hook up with a carni worker. LOL.
Terry told us that before she got to the carnival she got into a little bump accident. She backed up into this car. It wasn't anything sever but, it did freak her out. I hope I'm not like that when I start driving. Honestly. The man was complaining about nothing. His bumper was fine.
I'm really excited to drive tomorrow! I remember when Joey was teaching me how to drive stick, I was really tense. I think it was because there were people around in the parking lot. I really didn't want to run over any kids or hit anybody's car. I really want to learn how to drive stick 'cause all the really cool cars are manual.
Listen.
