Hello people!
Yesterday, I had a dream that I was working at Rite Aid again.
For just one day, actually. Boss Man Bob called me and asked me to cover a short morning shift until Justin could come in. I agreed cuz I could use the extra cash. Plus, I had heard that the store had been revamped and redone, and I wanted to see it. It was MASSIVE. Like a Wal*Mart. Seriously, really huge and industrial looking. Lots of open space, too.
It was actually kinda pretty. They were playing some good music, kinda loud, and BMB was joking around with another guy who worked there, so I was happy to go join them. It was really laid-back and fun, and I was excited about being there for a few hours. Then I woke up. Yesterday was boring. The day took a ridiculously long time to go by, and I did a lot of work. :(
I did, however, enter a ton of contests. There was a writing one on Writer's Digest, and then, like, four to six pumpkin carving contests.
Feel free to vote for mine in this one, please! You don't have to sign up for anything, you just click the pumpkins at the bottom (click 10! ;D). At 5:00, I went home and helped dad get some Halloween decorations from the barn. Then mom came home and we watched TV.
I ordered a pizza stick for dinner, which was amazing. I haven't had one of those in a REALLY long time. Title of this post is from Castle. That ep was pretty good, imo. After that, I took a shower and went to bed.
Today: I had a dream that I was living in an apartment complex, literally right next to Norman Reedus, who was right next to Michael Rooker. Norman was in apartment three, Rooker in four, and the apartments kinda made an L, so their's were one side of the L, and my and T-Dog's apartments were the other. Oh, yeah, did I forget to mention? T-Dog was there.
See, Norman and Michael were actually living the lives of Daryl and Merle from The Walking Dead. We were calling them Norman and Michael, but T-Dog was still T-Dog and Norman had just helped us find a missing girl while Michael was nowhere to be seen. We knocked on his apartment door, but he wouldn't answer. Anywho, T-Dog and I wanted to thank Norman for helping us find the girl.
With sex. We wanted to thank him with sex. *facepalm* We actually got into a disagreement about it, about who would "thank" Norman first. This is the shit that goes on in my unconscious mind. So, we went to go knock on his door, but his stupid car was blocking it. We couldn't get through. A friend of mine brought me, T-Dog and a couple of girlfriends of hers onto a bus after that.
She was dragging us to a club, for some reason. But on the bus, she told me that Norman wanted to have a threesome with me and some other guy (though I don't think it was T-Dog), and I laughed and said, "He could not be more perfect." We got to the club and I remember being weirded out by a friend of my friend. The Weird One looked kinda like that "woman" on those Snickers commercials...
Ya know, the Halloween one? Where the two kids dress up as one adult in a big fur coat, and they throw tons of bags of Snickers in that lady's cart? She looked like that costume. It was really gross and creepy. And then, randomly, Spongebob and Patrick were there. And they won a dance-off contest. I...my brain is really fucked up, seriously. That's when I woke up. Spongebob? Where did that even come from?
If only my dream had involved more sex with Norman and Michael, and less Spongebob and creepy, hideous women. Um, moving on: got up at the ushe time, went to work, felt so fucking exhausted, it was ridiculous. Did a lot of work today, though very little of anything useful. I need a few days off to get my writing done. I NEED it. Otherwise, there's no way Bloody Apparitions will be available November fourth.
Sigh. I gotta figure something out. Um, eventually, we reached 5:00 and I went to pick up the bro, then we finally went home. I fed the pets while Nick took a shower and I was just about to get the makings of a fire when teh rents came home, so dad volunteered to do it himself. I, instead, helped mom with dinner. We ate and watched Jeopardy! (Bruce Campbell was a question/answer! :D).
Oh, we also watched Once Upon a Time. Gotta admit: I'm not impressed. Entirely underwhelmed, in fact. We're prolly not gonna watch it again. Shows that we watched and actually enjoyed tonight are: Last Man Standing and Man Up. Two extremely funny, fantastically great sitcoms. I love them both very much and, honestly, they kinda make Tuesdays awesome. You should watch them.
Now, I've taken a shower and should get to bed. I'm so tired, I'm getting a headache.
Love y'all - Mira/Doc/Kat *meow*
