After watching the series for the nth time (I'm embarrassed to estimate even to a community of fans), I find it easier to examine the finale more critically and refrain myself from screaming at a certain character, guess who. So, let's compare the endings of the anime and the manga.

Fans love DN for its amazing storyline and characterizations, etc. How about things that you dislike, that you think could have been done better ?

To me:

1/ The authors placed so much emphasis on L vs. Light battle that they underestimated other characters & didn't give them enough grounds for action. For example: Raye Penber and Naomi Misora both ( Read more... )
