This week's lunches consist mainly of sandwiches or dinner leftovers with carrot snackage, but I also wanted to use up some apples that I got on sale the week before. Last fall, I seemed to have developed a soy allergy. The other night, I had a dream that zarathud23 and I were eating sushi.  Consequently, I could think of nothing else yesterday.  Since we've been pretty good about our money lately, we decided to treat ourselves and pick up some sushi from Byerly's.  There were a number of options on sale - for under $30 we shared a sushi feast with leftovers for lunch!
