So, since I did my Kubuntu 8.10 install, I've had a non-beta version of Amarok back. This has made me happy as there are things that they haven't added back into the beta that I'd missed being able to use, but they didn't make the stable version available in the KDE4 for 8.04. So, I've tried a couple times for these boots. The first attempt, I made a special trip to the store to try 'em on, only to find them out of stock. So I decided to order them. I found them at Hot Topic for less than most everywhere else, plus a 20% "we're moving" discount, which delayed my receiving them. When I got them, they were the wrong size. ( Read more... )

I got a really really nifty new lava lamp in my room now, and it's made by the real lava lamp company that started it all in the US :) It just arrived at work today! I also got my "I'm Naked!" Gir shirt and my blue flame flip flops. I'm happy :)

Okay, so umm... I was talking to guingel. I tossed a link to a cute pair of shoes. She mentioned how she couldn't handle high heals or something. I bought a new pair of boots today :) They're cute, and they make me even taller :). I'm dangerous with a credit/debit card... at least it's my own money I'm spending, and usually I'm on top of it, so I don't buy more than I can pay for.
