So there is another major hurricane about to hit the South. Normally I'd be flipping back and forth between the Weather Channel and FOX News. But since we are in Germany and only get AFN channels, my only choice is AFN News. AFN News has cycles so that the big news channels can all be shown. This made me cry when I received it, so I feel inclined to share. My husband had to work today - July 4th. When everyone else has the day off to celebrate our independance and freedom, those fighting for that freedom do not. It's difficult to enjoy a national holiday when the one person on the planet you want to spend it with can't be with you. ( Read more... )
