Not least the fact that we have replaced the bit at the end where I get to throw myself at the floor in a faint. Fun! Um, it actually looks much better in person - the chalk outline is less obvious and you can read the writing a lot easier. Why are people incapable of replying to emails!!! I have sent out many emails over the last few weeks and about four people have managed to get back to me.
