Indicative?

I recently made a lighthearted post about some of the local crime. It included a reference to some recent corruption and though I may at some point, I've yet to address the charges against the two former State Treasurers for taking bribes. Otherwise, I also know that in the past, I've referenced the judge and magistrate accused of trading sex for leniency and I've mentioned the regular train robbery-like occurrences that happen down along the border in a comment, somewhere.

There is no video, but the other night, the television reported that the closest village to the west (Magdalena) has been hit by round of grave robberies. On the televised report, the marshall went on about how it was most likely for jewelry and valuables, but it could've also been satanists looking for bodies to use in a ritual. Though, the bodies weren't stolen in any of the known cases. And, because some of the victims were reburied, he's going to go around and look for disturbed soil to see if there were any others.

Note: This marks the debut of a new tag, "ridiculous". I'll try to do some retagging of old posts this afternoon or evening, but as I implied the other day, my " fun" and " fluff" have been getting overused and may not always be descriptive.

local, crime, fluff, ridiculous, new mexico
