Great pictures of a cat cafe in Kentucky. The one in Portland always sounded like fun, but its location (no parking) made it hard for me. Then it either went out of business or moved, I should check on that, and see if it's somewhere convenient. I wouldn't mind hanging with some friendly kitties - though Olivier would likely not be a fan of me coming home smelling of strangers.
A local chain (Fred Meyer) has been running ads in heavy rotation about their produce, and I guess they've got secret shoppers to ensure it's fresh? (I don't pay that much attention, frankly). However, it leans heavily upon the hook of Secret Agent Man, except frankly it sounds (to me) like 'Secret Asian Man' - after weeks, I finally listened to the entire song, and while Johnny Rivers' original doesn't sound quite so much like Asian, if you're not paying attention, you might think that's what he's singing. Not sure if the cover artist misheard it, or it's just careless pronunciation, but I'll likely keep of thinking of Asian spies amongst the bananas whenever it airs.
I was addressing a card to someone in Forest Hills, and for some reason as I finished writing 'Forest' my hand wanted to move on to 'Lawn' which is a very different place indeed.

Where do you hang your towel to dry after showering?
on the shower rod - there's a towel bar, but it's not really large enough for a bath sheet to be spread out, and it's inconveniently placed so a hanging towel would cover the toilet paper holder

Olivier came up by me, his tail waving (and thwapping me in the face) so I greeted him thusly, "hi, buddy. what's the tail doing? can I have it?" His response was more than cranky - I don't think he's ready to give it up
