unexpected snowstorm is unexpected
The other day the weather people predicted some overnight freezing rain. Now there's a foot of snow on the ground. Very exciting.
I just came in from trying to save all of our trees from breaking under the weight of the snow and shoveling the driveway a little. We lost a couple of my mom's leyland cypress things. I took a dogwood branch to the face, lol. A little disappointed that it didn't leave a mark - I was looking forward to having a snow wound.
Apparently there's been people trapped on the highway for the past five hours or something? I'll have to keep an eye on the news.
