*Megdy* does not love the 80s.
I watched all episodes of the original Bubblegum Crisis yesterday, and I am here to propose that we kill the 80s. So many mullets....such a misuse of spandex...I don't know what half the episodes were about because I was so distracted by yellow suits with big, upright collars and girls wearing clothes that are both too big and too small at the same time. Why did people think that looked good?
I realize it's a decade, and it's long since over, but these things have a way of circling back around. Who's to say we won't, in the near future, be cutting half our hair short and leaving the rest long and as puffed up as possible? Maybe we'll be wearing spandex body suits with baggy shirts cut to weird dimensions overtop this time next year! Maybe we'll all be wearing moon boots!
It horrifies the mind just thinking about it.
