[Tips/Remarks] Feeling better

One week since I began my new diet and I already feel the difference.

I lost almost 3 kg/6.6 lbs. and I feel better.

I walk (3 km/h) at least 15 mins every day and when I don't work, I walk more/go swimming/use the Wii Fit.
I count my calories and eat healthier at home and at work (I work in a McDonald's ^^;;).
I drink 2 L of water a day (of which 50 cl are mixed with lemon juice) and eat my five fruits and/or vegetables a day.
I sleep. Before it was: going to bed at 4.00 am/5.00 am/6.00 am, sometimes worse, and up at 1.00 pm/2.00 pm/3.00 pm, ditto. Well, I do work untill 2.00 am most of time, so home at 2.30 am, but still, I was tired. I didn't have any energy. When I had a day off, I slept. And slept. And vegetated before the computer. And eat cereals. Today, I cleaned my appartment, tidied it, had energy to go pick up my sister at school on foot, ...

So, if you want to lose weight, eat healthy and in small portion and sleep!
