More injuries; this time FC Pauli

Defender Carsten Rothenbach of the Football-Bundesliga club FC St. Pauli had to have an operation after a bad accident during training on Tuesday. According to the club the 30 year old suffered a 20 cm long and 2 cm broad laceration on the left lower leg during a harmless duel with Moritz Volz. Rothenbach fell unfortunate on the studs of his team-mate. The defender was brought to the University Hospital Eppendorf by ambulance and was to have an operation on Tuesday with a general anaesthesia. It is still unsure how long Rothenbach won't be able to play.
