ArmandStJust: *has a little suitcase with his medicines and clothes and a case to carry marigold* Danric, how are we doing this?
Danric: I have arranged for a world gate to be opened in this area any moment now.
ArmandStJust: *eyes widen* Oh.
Meliara: *grins* Ooo, magic! *has a trunk and bag of her own*
ArmandStJust: So that's how you have been coming and going. *smiles*
Meliara: Certainly practical.
Danric: Yes, magic. And, er, yes, it is.
World Gate: *opens, all magical and, er, probably shiny*
ArmandStJust: *stares*
Meliara: *looks rather impressed/awed*
ArmandStJust: Do we walk through it? Does it eat us?
Danric: *smiles encouragingly* Yes, just walk through.
ArmandStJust: *suitcase in one hand and rabbit case in the other walks up to it* *looks back at Danric* You're sure?
Danric: I'm sure.
ArmandStJust: *walks through with his eyes closed*
Meliara: Well, that seemed to work. *tiny smile*
ArmandStJust: *looks around*
Meliara: *looks nervous* Right. Ok. *walks up to gate slowly, pauses in front of it* *deep breath* *goes through*
Danric: It is completely safe, I promise.
Danric: *follows*
Meliara: *pops out, walks into Armand* Oops. Sorry!
ArmandStJust: I should have stepped further away. *smiles at her* *puts rabbit case down and crouches to make soothing noises at Marigold*
Meliara: *smiles at Marigold* How is she?
ArmandStJust: Marigold: *a little twitchy but pressed against the side of the case closer to Armand*
ArmandStJust: I think she'll be alright.
Meliara: Good.
Meliara: *pets Marigold*
ArmandStJust: *looks around with interest and sniffs the air* *gets Marigold out to cuddle her* It's lovely here.
ArmandStJust: It doesn't look like a different world.
Meliara: *drops stuff* *twirls around in a circle, all happy-like* It's -home!-
Meliara: *stops* Er. Well, close.
Danric: *grins*
ArmandStJust: *cuddles marigold* Look. It's a new place.
ArmandStJust: It's bigger than Blakeney Manor.
Meliara: Looks much more impressive than our place at Tlanth, though that's better than it used to be.
ArmandStJust: Your home is in the mountains, right, Mel?
Meliara: Yes, it is.
ArmandStJust: *hands Marigold to Meliara so he can hug Vidanric* Thank you so much for letting me come along.
Danric: *hugs* You're welcome. I thought you would like it here.
Meliara: *takes Marigold, cuddles*
ArmandStJust: *grins at Vidanric* *then hugs Mel and Marigold together coz Mel is small enough to do this*
Meliara: *hug backs, carfeul not to squish Marigold* It'll be a perfect spot for you to get your health up.
ArmandStJust: I hope my worries can't find me here.
Meliara: *hugs again* I hope not. Don't worry.
ArmandStJust: We will get to see the library won't we?
Danric: Of course.
Meliara: *bounces* I can't wait.
Meliara: *returns Marigold to Armand* Well, Vidanric, are you going to keep us out here or are we ever going in?
ArmandStJust: *nods* It's been a long day getting ready.
Danric: All right, this way then.
Danric: *leads in or whatever*
Meliara: *picks up stuff, follows Danric*
ArmandStJust: *puts marigold back in case to carry* *follows*
Danric: *look, big bedroom* Armand, this is your room.
ArmandStJust: *looks around* You're sure? This is huge.
Danric: *smiles* Of course I'm sure.
ArmandStJust: Then thank you. I probably should rest some now. *smiles*
Meliara: Are you alright?
ArmandStJust: I was up late last night with my Margot.
Meliara: How is she?
ArmandStJust: Oh she is well, but we had some things we had to talk about, and it didn't go very well. *sighs*
Meliara: *looks concerned* That's no good.
Danric: *frowns* I'm sorry.
ArmandStJust: Thank you for your concern. Both of you. It means a lot to me. But I have no idea how to deal with a sister who still wants to treat me like I'm four.
Meliara: Ah. *looks understanding*
Meliara: Bran always did that to me, usually when he was trying to be protective.
ArmandStJust: Exactly. *sighs* Well, I was trying to protect her from a thing or two as well. And well, I failed at that since I told her most of it.
Meliara: She probably didn't like you trying to protect her- from what I've heard of your sister, she likes to be independent.
ArmandStJust: She couldn't have changed what happened. She wasn't there.
Meliara: *nods* She must be worrying about you, as well.
ArmandStJust: I know she does.
ArmandStJust: *tries to smile* *kneels and gets out Marigold again* Thank you both for wanting me along.
Meliara: *smiles warmly* Of course!
Meliara: Well, thank Vidanric- he invited us. *smiles at Danric*
Danric: *smiles*
ArmandStJust: *cuddles Marigold and smiles up at Vidanric* Thank you again.
Danric: You're welcome.
