A new project

There's something interesting about the way you think
The patterns of your words are a labyrinth I maneuver through
The blueprints of your words carefully crafted to entice my inquisitiveness
Feeding the frenzy that my mind has for mental stimulation
Your words; expressive but shielding
Painting pictures of landscapes, with waves of multicolor opinions and emotional truths
I look across the way as we steal glances from each other’s moments
Sharing in mind the actuality of this second in time
There have been very few and far between that I have considered a source of enlightenment
Sensing through your words and expressions, I listen and read carefully your body’s language as well as the language of your eyes
It’s intriguing to feel such excitement, as if someone has charge my neurons with new nerve-endings
I’d like to get to know you
From simple quirks and gestures
To what fascinates your interest
Perhaps what colors your find peaceful?
What lyrics influence your life?
To what single word can make you shiver, especially spoken between my lips
Nevertheless, I maintain myself the scientist, remaining professional and aloof
I dissect your intents and being to a form that’s easier to manage
It’s not that I am not enthralled by the thoughts of getting to know your mystery
But I must refrain from my eagerness and be separated and detached
For as hard as I try, I cannot help to say
I’m weaken by my curiosity of you
