Aino Maria is a Flickr member I chanced to find. (Well, not entirely "chance," but I need to look at my original letter to her -- and the hour is late -- and I still have one or two more bloggish tasks to do before I collapse into sleep.
I think I know what's missing here. "The name Aino was invented by Elias Lönnrot, the composer of the Finnish national epic Kalevala." So, she may be a Finn or of some other Nordic origin -- though I note (with a certain envy) that she lives in the marvelous world-city of Paris. She replied to me quite elegantly, in English; my French was never good, so I had written in English. (Finnish was out of the question...)
Something else is missing: any sense of where this was shot, though the south of France -- with its clear, clear sunshine -- would be my guess.
