well, i went to the chiropractor again yesterday. He said that my shoulder's improved, but not to the extent he'd like nor should I return to work til after the Easter break. He thinks the bicipidal groove and rotator cuff are both being affected or affecting my AC joint in my shoulder. This makes any shoulder work painful, and while I'm fine pulling things I have little strength when it comes to pushing stuff.
And seeing this is my dominant hand it is upsetting me.
It hurts, aches, catches almost all the time. To the point where I find it hard to write longhand for any length of time and anyone who knows or works with me can imagine how distressing that is as writing in my journal is one of the few true pleasures of my life.
It is currently out of bounds. :-(
My course tutor and friend rang me today and suggested I go and have an MRI done on my shoulder to see what the problem could be.
MRI?
great, now these things get serious.
I think I ought to buy shares in anti-inflammatory painkillers, cos I'm going to be using a lot from now on.
Why is this stuff always happening to me?
