Again he's tried an experimental potion that merely wafts into the air of the mansion as everybody is now too savvy to eat or drink anything left lying around...
So - anyone who wanders nearby will suddenly find themselves acting very flirtatious to pretty much everybody else. Degrees of flirting are completely random... and can go as far or as little as the typist wishes (some may be more immune, after all).
And Draco will watch with a notepad, taking notes on people's behaviour and reactions for future adjustments for the potion.
